The terms governing your use of this website and our training services.
Template terms — review with a qualified adviser before launch.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or requesting training, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Who we are
This website and the VIP Security Academy brand are operated by VIP Security Academy (United States).
Training & eligibility
Our programs are provided for lawful, professional purposes. Some courses have prerequisites, and availability, content and any licensing or recognition may vary by location and applicable law.
Bookings & payment
Submitting a booking is a request, not a confirmed place. Our admissions team confirms availability and completes enrollment. No payment is taken at the time of booking unless we state otherwise; fees, deposits and cancellation terms are provided at confirmation.
Certificates & verification
Certificates and trainer verification pages confirm completion or approval as recorded by the Academy at the time of issue. We may correct, suspend or revoke a credential; a verification page always reflects current status.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
You agree not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the site. All content, trademarks and the Academy name are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
No guarantee
Our training is educational. We do not guarantee employment, certification, licensing outcomes or any specific result. The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in [your county/state] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
